1) Scope

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the CoreBuild Infrastructure website and any information, materials, or services we make available through it.

2) Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its infrastructure.
• Do not introduce malware or conduct security probing without written permission.
• Respect intellectual property rights and applicable laws.

3) No warranty

The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

4) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreBuild Infrastructure will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the greater of ZAR 1,000 or the fees you paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim.

5) Privacy

Your personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

6) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above indicates when the latest version took effect.

7) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
